Dear Members,Colleagues and Visitors;

The Academy of Management has a rich history of dedication to inspiring and enabling abetter world through our scholarship and teaching about management. I welcome you to explore more about the many ways you can engage with this enthusiastic community and contribute to the activities that happen within and through the Academy. 

In particular, members have been working towards fulfilling various objectives as part of the AOM Strategic Plan. This plan has 4 concentrated areas of interest with objectives outlined under each. There have been many accomplishments rising from this plan, encouraged through a process of Strategic Doing and empowered as we further ourselves in a year of Strategic Involvement. Take time to learn more about this important piece of AOM and see the products of this and the ways they will expand your knowledge. 

The Academy has a small, but dedicated staff to manage daily operations as well as thousands of volunteers who contribute at many levels. This area of the website will guide you through the structure, atmosphere and opportunities of the Academy of Management.
