Question: Can I change my ID/password?
Answer:Yes. Once you are logged in, click the link for MY PROFILE located in the upper right hand corner. Access the tab called MY ACCOUNT in the blue horizontal bar where you will find a link to reset your login credentials. If you forgot your password,
please click “Forgot Password” link and it will be sent to the email listed in
your member record. If you have a new
email address please contact Member Services and they will be able to assist
