There are many ways to become involved with the Academy of Management!  Each Division and Interest Group has their own specific needs. Contact your Division or Interest Group to learn more about their needs and ways to grow your experience. Within the Academy, we have a variety of needs at different times of the year. Some are ongoing, while others may just be helping for a day.

Here are a few ways to help:

Become a Mentor:
Give back to your community by signing up to be a mentor for a new attendee at the Annual Meeting.  You must have attended at least one meeting, and it's a small commitment of time that creates tremendous value for our profession.  Learn more .....
New Member Orientation:
Get involved with your division by helping to staff their table at the Annual Meeting New Member Orientation Fair. Volunteers are needed and welcomed! Learn more.....

Write a Blog:

The AOM hosts a blog during the Annual Meeting to share experiences and information from members. Volunteer to write a post for this blog. Contact Susan Fernandez at sfernandez@pace.edu to learn more about how to participate.

Find Your Fit:

If you want to volunteer your time and talents, contact our membership office at membership@aom.pace.edu to tell us in what ways you'd like to volunteer. We will make our best recommendations to help match you with an opportunity to serve at your Academy.
