Additiona lly\, AMLE publishes work that addresses critical theoretical debates abo ut “the business of business schools\,”including the careers of management educators.This workshop has two main parts. Part 1 comprises a general introduction to AMLE\, touching on its overlaps with other key journals i n the field. The main focus is on writing manuscripts for the research ar ticle and essay sections of the journal. This first part of the workshop is open to all interested participants. Part 2 is focused on supporting a nd advising researchers\, with current work-in-progress\, how to develop and refine their papers with submission to AMLE in mind. Your submission must have a cover page that includes: the author name(s) and affiliation(s)\; three-four keywords\; and an emai l address for the lead author. An abstract of up to 200 words should be p rovided on the first page of the paper. If you are sending an extended ab stract\, include a very brief plan for developing the full paper at the e nd of your text. Agree to your paper being discussed in a small group wit h other participants\, as arranged by the workshop facilitators\, and be willing and able to provide a short (5-minute maximum) overview of your pa per to others in the discussion group.
