The goal of the workshop is to develop ideas\n and working manuscripts with the aim of late r submission for review at AMJ and to specifically zoom in on a key theme for submissions at AMJ: making impact both theoretically and practically. Consistent with the mission of AMJ\, submissions on\n all managemen t-relevant topics\, at all levels of analysis\, and using all empirical me thods are invited for the workshop.About the WorkshopThe workshop is a two -day event. It will include interactive workshops and roundtable discussio ns with participants.There is no fee for attending the workshop. A tentati ve agenda is below.Application Process and DeadlineParticipation is by app lication only. Interested scholars should register and submit an extended abstract (between 5 and 10 pages of text) of their project proposal by 15 May 2022.
