second time in the face of the continuing COVID-19
pandemic and widespread quarantine for members
worldwide. Despite having to spend another year
physically apart, the 81st Annual Meeting of the Academy
of Management used feedback and innovation to bring
members together virtually, with over
9,600 registered participants
representing 94 countries. Attendees
had a rich program to participate in, with the seven-day
conference featuring
1,400+ live sessions and 250+ on-demand sessions.
