Get Involved: Sign Up to Review for AOM 2025 in Copenhagen! The Academy of Management encourages active participation in shaping the Annual Meeting program by volunteering as a reviewer. This role provides an opportunity to engage with the AOM community, stay informed about emerging research, and support the work of fellow scholars. Carole Bousquet, Program Chair of the Management Consulting Division, highlights the value of reviewing: “Reviewing for the Annual Meeting is truly a rewarding experience. It helps us stay informed about new developments, discover the diverse perspectives authors bring, and sometimes even spot new limitations in ongoing research." The AOM 2025 review period, running from 16 January to 13 February, relies on the collective effort of dedicated reviewers. Reviewer insights and feedback are essential to maintaining the high-quality scholarly sessions that define the Annual Meeting. “For doctoral students, reviewing is an excellent opportunity for growth. It helps to better understand how to structure a paper, develop ideas, and construct compelling arguments. What I find particularly valuable is the chance to provide constructive feedback that can genuinely help authors. The world of publishing is tough, but offering a little kindness and support among peers makes a real difference." -Carole Bousquet Ready to get started? Visit theReviewer Center to sign up. Select a sponsor Division or Interest Group (DIG) and use keywords to indicate your areas of expertise. You can volunteer to review for up to two DIGs, with a maximum of six assignments. For details, see the Reviewer Guidelines. Members, especially those submitting proposals, are encouraged to participate in reciprocal reviewing to support fellow scholars and the success of the Annual Meeting. We look forward to an impactful Annual Meeting in Copenhagen 25–29 July 2025! |
