Simply click on the location name to get address, pricing and availability information. Once you have decided on a location, you can either make a reservation online, via fax or mail using the links and address provided below. The deadline for reservations is July 11, 2019. Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from the AOM Housing Bureau. You will NOT receive a confirmation from your hotel directly. Locations with a RED pin represent properties with sleeping room accommodations and program sessions.

***PLEASE NOTE: IN ORDER TO HOLD YOUR RESERVATION YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD WHEN YOU REACH THE "PAYMENT METHOD" SCREEN. YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED AT THIS TIME, BUT MAY BE CHARGED ON OR AFTER JULY 11, 2019 FOR A DEPOSIT EQUAL TO ONE NIGHTS ROOM & TAX***
All changes and cancellations to hotel reservations must be made with the AOM Housing Bureau on, or before, July 23, 2019. After this date, all changes and cancellations must be made directly with your assigned hotel. If the reservation is not cancelled within 3 working days prior to arrival, this will result in forfeiture of one night's room and tax.
To take advantage of the special meeting rates, book your reservation by Thursday, July 11, 2019. After this date, rooms may only be available at higher rates. All rates are per room/per night and are subject to a 14.45% tax. Special requests cannot be guaranteed. Hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types, subject to availability, upon check-in.
GOOD TO KNOW:
AOM student membership is required for student housing & rates. Student rates sell out quickly and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
WHY SHOULD I STAY AT AN AOM HOTEL?
Staying "within the block" is not only a convenient way to help you stay connected with activities and networking opportunities during the meeting, it also helps to promote a successful and rewarding experience and keeps your meeting costs as low as possible. AOM recognizes that you have a number of options when securing hotel accommodations and a major commitment has been made to secure a large block of quality hotel rooms at competitive rates. The conference hotels provide prime meeting space for your meeting sessions, events and activities. The Academy of Management is legally bound to fill the guest room block and an inability to fill the block will result in severe financial penalties which could affect negotiations and your costs for future meetings.
