The AOM 2025 Annual Meeting in Copenhagen, Denmark proved to be an exciting new chapter for the Academy, marking the first Annual Meeting hosted in Europe. This historic gathering brought together 13,400+ attendees, including 3,428 from the US and 9,297 from around the globe, underscoring AOM’s vibrant international community.

With 3,936 sessions spanning research presentations, workshops, and networking events, the meeting provided a unique opportunity for our global community to connect, collaborate, and share knowledge—all against the inspiring backdrop of Copenhagen.

The Academy extends a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to making this milestone event a success.

Looking ahead, AOM is excited to welcome attendees back to North America for AOM 2026, taking place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from 31 July to 4 August 2026. The Academy looks forward to reconnecting with its global community as it continues advancing the future of management together.
