Uploading Materials to Your Session
Participants use ProjectionNet, our materials management system, to upload videos, documents, and other supplemental materials to their session(s) (any session type). In addition to uploading materials, participants can receive technical assistance, upload revisions, and schedule appointments for live session demonstrations.
To upload your materials, please visit ProjectionNet.
To log in, enter the email address that you use for your AOM profile. Your initial password is AOM2022. Upon your initial login, you will be asked to create a new, unique password. The new password will be required upon subsequent logins; if you forget this password, use the "can't remember password" link.
If you have problems logging on to the site or uploading your materials, please email your questions to email@example.com and describe your problem. You will be contacted within 24 hours.
Please keep in mind that each individual participant in a session may upload supplemental materials for that session.
After you log in, you can make a Speaker Ready appointment. If you scroll down, you will see a list of all sessions you are associated with. Choose which session to upload materials to by clicking either the light blue "Narrated Video" button or the dark blue "Supplemental File" button and following the system prompts.
