What’s Included with Registration

We offer two registration options to support different ways of participating in the Annual Meeting. Whether joining in person or accessing content on demand, each option provides a range of benefits designed to support your experience.

In-Person Registration Includes:

  • Program access, planning, and networking tools: Browse the full conference schedule, build a personalized agenda using program tools, connect with attendees through mobile app chat, and stay informed with event details.
  • Research content and session resources: Access session materials and handouts, upload presentation materials (for presenters), view pre-recorded presentations, rate sessions, and explore best papers and proceedings selected by program committees.
  • Full onsite conference experience: Attend 3,000+ in-person sessions across 26 disciplines, including PDWs, symposia, workshops, and interactive poster sessions, with opportunities to engage directly with presenters.
  • Networking and community experience: Participate in global networking opportunities, including the Opening Reception, Exhibit Hall preview, dedicated networking spaces, refreshment breaks, and social events throughout the conference.
  • Exhibit and career opportunities: Visit the Exhibit Hall to connect with publishers, partners, and sponsors, and participate in Career Fair programming, including coaching sessions and interviews.
  • Onsite access and attendee services: Receive your official printed conference badge and onsite materials, and request verification letters for institutional or professional purposes.

On-Demand Registration Includes:

  • All digital benefits included with In‑Person registration, such as program access, planning tools, mobile app features, session materials, pre‑recorded presentations, session ratings, and access to best papers and proceedings.

Please note: On‑Demand registration does not include live‑streamed sessions or real-time video access to onsite presentations.

On‑Demand participation is an official Annual Meeting program format, and your engagement remains an integral part of the global AOM community and the 2026 program and archive!
