A Guest refers to a spouse, child 18 years or older, partner, or companion who is not an active or former member of the Academy and is NOT associated with the Academy. There is a limit of 1(one) guest per registered attendee. Attendees may purchase a $30 guest wristband via your AOM profile. Sign in to your AOM account and select the "Annual Meeting" tab. Scroll down to the " Guest Pass " button where you may add or edit guest information. You may also register a guest onsite. Children under the age of 18 do not require a wristband and must be supervised at all times.
Guests are NOT permitted access to pre-conference workshops or any scholarly sessions for any reason, at any time. To attend sessions, guests must be registered for the Annual Meeting.
The $30 Guest Wristband includes access to the following:
Exhibit Hall Opening Reception
All-Academy Networking Breakfast
The Presidential Address and Awards Ceremony
The All-Academy Reception.
Complimentary WIFI in designated areas
Guests must wear their official Guest Wristband to enter the Exhibit Hall and the featured All-Academy Events.
To cancel a guest registration for any reason, or to cancel and charge an alternate credit card, the cancellation request must be submitted by the registrant in writing to the Academy of Management. A processing fee of $30 will be applied at the time of cancellation
