Have a difficult professional situation related to AOM?

The AOM Ombuds Committee can help!

 

Ombuds are independent, impartial, and provide a free service for AOM members involved in conflicts or with ethics complaints regarding work involving AOM journals or conferences. Ombuds can help you understand your own rights and options with regards to complaints you might have that involve AOM research outlets or other functions and activities. .

The PhD Project Celebrates 25 Years!

 

The PhD Project is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, and for 22 years the Academy of Management has supported this organization that is literally changing the face of business academia.

 

AOM’s investment in this effort have paid dividends: those new minority faculty are mentoring undergraduates, contributing valuable research, and serving their communities across the U.S. Now the benefits come right to AOM’s door: two PhD Project alumni, Dr. Quinetta Roberson and Dr. Herman Aguinis, are about to assume top leadership roles in our organization.
