Since attending my very first AOM meeting, I have had the privilege of serving as a reviewer; a role I still find rewarding and inspiring. Also this year, reviewing for the AOM and NEUB in particular provides a unique opportunity to experience innovative ideas at the forefront of our field, contribute to advance high-quality research, and actively shape the direction of our Interest Group and the Academy as a whole.
