Welcome to AOM 2026

The 86th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM 2026)

The AOM community will gather in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the 86th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM 2026). Known as the “Birthplace of America,” Philadelphia offers a blend of rich history, vibrant neighborhoods, and world-class dining—all within a walkable, transit-friendly city.

Following the 2025 meeting in Copenhagen, which welcomed more than 13,000 members, will connect the AOM community in the heart of the East Coast, surrounded by iconic landmarks such as Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, and the scenic Delaware River waterfront.

Members at AOM 2025

Since attending my very first AOM meeting, I have had the privilege of serving as a reviewer; a role I still find rewarding and inspiring. Also this year, reviewing for the AOM and NEUB in particular provides a unique opportunity to experience innovative ideas at the forefront of our field, contribute to advance high-quality research, and actively shape the direction of our Interest Group and the Academy as a whole.
