As part of the Academy of Management's commitment to serving the diverse needs of management scholars and educators, the Board of Governors newly established AOM Teaching Committee is exploring opportunities to enhance AOM’s programs and services related to teaching and learning. We are excited to invite you to participate in a survey aimed at gathering feedback about teaching-related needs and preferences of management faculty.

This survey is specifically designed to capture insights from individuals who teach at least one course in the management domain at a university or school, whether you are currently an AOM member or not. Your input is essential in helping us enhance AOM’s offerings related to teaching and learning.

We kindly request your participation in this survey, and equally important, we encourage you to share the survey link with your department/school colleagues or those at other institutions who teach Management but may not/no longer be members of AOM. By reaching a broad audience, we hope to gather comprehensive insights that will drive our efforts in enhancing teaching and learning offerings for management educators.

This survey is completely anonymous. However, at the end of the survey you will have the opportunity to provide your contact information to receive future updates about teaching-related programs and services from the Academy of Management and to be entered into a drawing to win one of ten complimentary AOM memberships.

We appreciate your timely completion of the survey and forwarding it to colleagues for their completion but ask that you respond no later than April 17 for us to act quickly upon this feedback.

Thank you, in advance, for your time and thoughtful contributions. Your feedback will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Academy of Management.
