Travel and Visa Information

• Your passport or travel document must be valid for at least six months beyond the duration of your stay and must have been issued within the past 10 years
• Be prepared to explain your purpose of travel
• Be prepared to provide proof of sufficient financial resources for the visit and a return ticket
• Denmark is a party to the Schengen Agreement. We strongly encourage all attendees to verify whether their country of origin requires a visa for entry into Denmark
• If you’re from a visa-exempt country, you’ll need to have an European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) travel authorization

Registration Refund Policy

The Annual Meeting registration fee is refundable until 25 June 2025 17:00 ET (UTC-4/GMT-4) and is subject to an $85 processing fee. We are unable to provide a refund for cancellation after 25 June 2025 17:00 ET (UTC-4/GMT-4) due to contractual obligations and guarantees. It is understood that AOM has already included you in counts and is therefore responsible for all costs related to attendance. Exceptions will not be made for registrants with cancelled travel arrangements or who require a visa and registered before acquiring one.
