Submitting a Proposal for the AOM Annual Meeting

AOM is the best venue for receiving feedback on your research and other works in progress. Submitting proposals is a great way to participate in the Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting. By submitting papers, Professional Development Workshops (PDWs), symposia, Posters, and caucuses, you have the opportunity to share your work and knowledge with fellow management and organization scholars.

The Submission Center for the 2026 Annual Meeting will open early December 2025. The submission deadline is 13 January 2026.

Why Submit?

Submitting proposals is a great way to participate in the Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting. By presenting papers, PDWs, symposia, posters, and caucuses, you have the opportunity to share your work and knowledge with fellow management and organization scholars.

What Can You Submit?

Submitting a Proposal

Submitting a proposal for the Annual Meeting helps you to become proactive in your professional community. You can share your research, ideas, or interests by submitting papers, Posters, caucus proposals, and Teaching and Learning Conference proposals. Additionally, you may submit a proposal for a symposium or a Professional Development Workshop (PDW) to generate discussion on a subject matter of interest to you among other management scholars and professionals.
