AOM is the best venue for receiving feedback on your research and other works in progress. Submitting proposals is a great way to participate in the Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting. By submitting papers, Professional Development Workshops (PDWs), symposia, and caucuses, you have the opportunity to share your work and knowledge with fellow management and organization scholars.
Paper Sessions are the heart of scholarship and offer the most significant contributions to the Annual Meeting.
Speakers discuss a common topic or theme that brings new insights to the subject. Symposia (either Panel Symposia and Presenter Symposia) can be submitted to up to three Divisions and Interest groups (DIGs).
Caucuses encompass a wide variety of topics, and we encourage proposals that feature nascent ideas or ongoing themes that would be interesting to the entire AOM community.
