Speaker Preparation Room
The Academy of Management has arranged to have a Speaker Preparation Room at the convention site to allow presenters the opportunity to view their presentations and to obtain any technical support they might require prior to their scheduled sessions.

Preparing for Your Presentation
Bring your presentation on your own laptop computer. Visit the Speaker Preparation Room to run through your presentation to ensure that it goes smoothly during your session - practice makes perfect!
Audiovisual Information
The Speaker Preparation Room will be equipped with an HDMI LCD projector and preview screen. Speakers must provide their own laptop.
