Academy of Management Journal is hosting a new digital series that allows scholars to obtain first-hand information about the publishing process, meet editors of the journal, and discuss timely research insights in relation to current events. Two key features of this new digital series includes weekly Twitter Space audio segments and a monthly podcast.

Tune in for fifteen minutes every Wednesday at 11:00 EST (UTC-5/GMT-5), to hear live updates about recent articles, top researchers and their processes, and the latest thoughts from editors and facilitators of upcoming programs and special issues. Don’t miss the chance to quickly catch up on what’s happening in AMJ and broader AOM community—and to ask your burning questions to leading scholars in the field. #AMJRadioLive will be hosted on the @AOMConnect Twitter account starting 1 February 2023. #AMJRadioLive Twitter Spaces sessions will include:

• Research Today: Every 1st Wednesday of the month, starting 1 March, join us for a quick overview of one classic and trending research topic, the theme for the month. Receive an engaging download from leading scholars in the field, with special guest appearances from Academy of Management Annals authors.
• The Lit Review Sneak Peek: Every 2nd Wednesday of the month join the host of The Lit Review podcast live on Twitter Spaces to get behind-the-scenes info on this month's theme, the podcast, and guest scholar of the month. 
• You & AMJ: Every 3rd Wednesday of the month, we’ll plan the following Twitter Spaces with you! Listeners are invited to come “onstage” and ask their questions live. We’ll collect your questions and feedback for future sessions. 
• Meet the Editor: Every 4th Wednesday of the month, meet the people who make AMJ run. In these 15-minute sessions, featuring a deputy editor, associate editor, special issue editor or PDW lead, hear directly from the editors about their process and may even be able to ask them a question or two yourself! 

The Lit Review: An AMJ Podcast

This monthly podcast offers a deep dive into the research published in Academy of Management Journal. In every episode, AMJ Associate Editor Sekou Bermiss interviews authors and corporate leaders to obtain the story behind a recent research article. What was the inspiration behind the study and research domain? How can insights from this research be applied to pressing issues in organizations and markets? Season One is available here.
