Hotel Accommodations
Hotel accommodations for the 85th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management in Copenhagen, Denmark are now available through the AOM Housing Bureau. Reservations can be made online, via fax, or by calling AOM Housing Bureau’s customer service
using the information provided in the Reservations section below.
Please be advised that there is limited availability on the AOM 2025 Housing site. If you need to book a new reservation and you are not able to find your required dates or preferred hotel, please check back again. We are working diligently to add more rooms to the block and open other hotel options.
It is recommended you review the information on this page thoroughly before reserving your room.
If you do not have an existing reservation: You DO NOT need to login. Please proceed to the 'Reserve your accommodations for AOM 2025' button below and select your housing type to get started.
If you are returning to the site to edit a current reservation: Please proceed to the 'Reserve your accommodations for AOM 2025' button below, select your housing type and click on the 'Sign In' button in the upper right corner to log in with your housing email address and password (NOT your AOM credentials).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please read the hotel pre-payment and cancellation policies. Some hotels require full payment in advance of your stay with limited cancellation.

Why Stay at an AOM-Recommended Hotel?
AOM has arranged special room rates at various Copenhagen hotels that also include breakfast for any name listed on the reservation. Booking within the designated hotel blocks is a great way to reduce your overall meeting costs. While only the AC Bella Sky is within walking distance, the Bella Center is easily accessible from all other hotels via the Metro, with the Bella Center station just a short walk away from the conference center.
The bulk of the 2025 Annual Meeting will take place at the Bella Center which is approximately 5 metro stops away from the Copenhagen city center on the green line (m1). The ride takes about 10 minutes. Most attendees will be staying in AOM blocks near the city center and traveling back and forth on the metro. A transit map can be found below.
Copenhagen is a bicycle-friendly city, with many locals using bikes as their primary mode of transportation. Most streets are equipped with dedicated bike lanes. While walking around the city, please stay alert and be mindful of both bicycles and cars. If you are feeling up to participating in this local trend, here are some options for renting a bicycle.

New for 2025: Due to the limited number of hotel rooms available in Copenhagen, only one hotel room is allowed per attendee. Duplicate reservations will be cancelled.

Please note: Credit card information is required to hold reservations on the Payment Method screen. Your card will not be charged now.
Reservation Confirmations
Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from the AOM Housing Bureau. You will not receive a confirmation from the hotel directly. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks, please call the AOM Housing
Bureau directly.

Changes or Cancellations to Existing Confirmations
All changes and cancellations to hotel reservations must be made with the AOM Housing Bureau on or before 8 July 2025. After 11 July 2025, all changes and cancellations must be made directly with your assigned hotel.
If the reservation is not cancelled within your hotel's cancellation policy, it will result in forfeiture of one night’s room and tax.
Please note: If you are experiencing flight delays that affect your hotel reservation, please call your hotel directly to adjust your reservation. If you fail to call and do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date, you will be charged a no-show fee and your reservation will be cancelled.
