Badge Pick-Up

Update Your AOM Profile Before Arriving in Copenhagen!
With record attendance expected at this year’s Annual Meeting, we strongly encourage you to update your AOM profile in advance to help reduce onsite wait times.
Please visit the Event Badge Preview in your AOM Profile to review and update your name, affiliation, and other key details. The name listed in your profile will appear on your conference badge, so be sure it’s accurate. If you need to update your last name, please contact support@aom.org.
Know Your AOM Email Address

Make sure you know the email address you use for your AOM account before you proceed to the onsite self-check-in kiosks. You will need this email address to print your badge.

Onsite: Pick Up Your Conference Badge

As a convenience for pre-registered conference attendees, Academy of Management (AOM) will provide AOM Express Check-In Kiosks. Attendees can use their AOM email address at one of the AOM Express Check-In Kiosks to print their name badge, and begin attending sessions.

Before you arrive onsite, please check the My Information section in your AOM Profile to ensure you know which email you used.

Kiosk staff will be available during registration hours to assist with printing badges, collecting materials and providing general local information ONLY. If, during the conference, you require assistance regarding sessions or events, please come to AOM’s on-site Program Booth located at the Bella Center, ground floor F6.

*Badge Pick-Up is located at the Bella Center ONLY: Everyone must have a badge for entry to any sessions.  Attendees may experience more visible security and frequent badge checking. AOM will continue to provide messaging to members that badges are required at all events and sessions regardless of location. This includes frequent and visible onsite badge checks.
