90% of the Program Under One Roof at the Bella Convention Center

Exciting News! 90% of the Annual Meeting program for AOM 2025 will take place at the Bella Convention Center in Copenhagen. What does this mean for your participation?

• Most AOM session will be held at the Bella Center
• You won’t need to travel between venues. Simply take the metro from your hotel in the morning and enjoy a full day at the Bella Center without missing any of the exciting sessions.  Everything you need will be there! 

New Submission Type: Poster Sessions

What is a Poster Submission?

Poster sessions provide an opportunity for researchers to share their work in a more informal setting while still being part of the official program. A poster submission includes an extended abstract, reviewed by a Division or Interest Group (DIG). If accepted, presenters create a visual poster that summarizes research findings, methods, and conclusions. Posters often include graphs, images, and text, facilitating engagement and networking. Each poster is scheduled for a one-hour in-person session at AOM 2025, from 25-29 July.

• You do NOT need to be an AOM member to submit, but membership and registration are required if accepted.
• Contact your preferred sponsoring DIG by 13 December 2024 for feedback before the final submission deadline of 7 January 2025, 17:00 ET (UTC-5).
