2025 PDW Program: Call for Submissions

The Conflict Management (CM) Division invites creative and engaging proposals for interactive Professional Development Workshops (PDWs) for the 2025 Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting (July 25-29).  

We (CM Division) welcome PDW proposals that address issues related to conflict management at the individual, group, organizational, interorganizational, community, societal, and/or global levels (within the CM domain statement). Proposals should provide a platform for the education, discussion, interaction, and exploration of topics that may benefit students, faculty, and/or practitioners. PDWs can have various formats, such as roundtables, panel discussions, research incubators, townhall meetings, or debates. They should be designed to provide participants with valuable insights and actionable knowledge.  

You may submit your proposal through the AOM Submission Center. Submissions open in early December 2024 and close on Tuesday, 7 January 2025 at 17:00 ET (GMT-5/UTC-5).
