Take advantage of our Friday Meet & Greet Networking Day to speak informally with Annual Meeting attendees to showcase your school, doctoral, and post-doctoral opportunities. We invite you to stay for our Networking Reception to continue meeting with attendees but also to connect with other school recruiting teams including faculty and deans.

Join us in Chicago for the 2024 Annual Meeting Career Fair where participants can attend our new Meet & Greet Networking Day on Friday and interview one-on-one with recruiters Saturday - Monday.
Our Meet & Greet Networking Day is a chance for you to have conversations with faculty in an informal setting without having an appointment so be sure to have your schedule available in case they request more time with you during the meeting. We invite you to stay for our Networking Reception to connect with other job seekers and/or recruiting teams prior to the Annual Meeting Opening Reception.
Scheduled interviews will begin Saturday. To apply for an interview prior to your arrival, be sure to read the information within each job posting. The Career Fair will open mid-May so look for more announcements soon.
Want to be sure you are interview ready? We encourage you to stop by the Career Services Registration table during the Annual Meeting to schedule one-on-one time with an AOM Career Coach. Our coaches have a broad range of experience and actively volunteer with AOM and affiliated societies and organizations. Bring a copy of your CV and your questions. Business attire is strongly suggested.

This is a members-only event. You must register for the 84th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management to attend the Career Fair in Chicago. Once you are registered to attend the Annual Meeting, be sure to create or update your Career Services profile.
Mid-May you’ll be able to select “Attend This Event” on the Career Services event site so participating employers can find you and potentially schedule interviews.
