New Member Portal Available 18 November

Beginning 18 November, look for AOM's upgraded member portal, which offers a range of new benefits, including:

  • Convenient access to update your personal and professional information at any time
  • Automatic membership renewal and the option to receive electronic notifications
  • Effortless management of your DIG selections during renewal and the ability to purchase additional ones
  • Easy access to review Annual Meeting submissions and participation records

And much more!

Important Action Items

Your membership record will be transitioned to the new system with the exception of the items listed below. If you wish to secure these records, please complete the following steps before 11 November:

  • Reprint Past Receipts
    Visit the "My Account" tab, select "Financial History," and click the link to past receipts. Reprint or resend as needed.
  • Save Annual Meeting Documents
    Print or save Annual Meeting Registration and Program Participation Letters.
  • Save Profile Photo

What to Expect

As we work to enhance your member experience, access to the following areas of our site may be temporarily affected from 13-17 November:

  • Member access to full-text journal/publication articles
  • Ability to automatically apply to the Career Services Job Board and Career Coaching
  • Connect@AOM Communities
  • User Profile

The new system will require you to set a new password. Around 18 November, look for an email with detailed instructions.
