AMLE Special Issue: The Impact of COVID-19 on Management Learning and Education: Perils and Possibilities

Please make sure you do not send us accounts of switching to online learning during the onset of the crisis—that has already been covered exhaustively in the literature. As you will see from the call, there are many other interesting themes worthy of attention!

Prepare a short version of your paper (10-20 double spaced pages, inclusive of references, diagrams, and tables) in Word or PDF format. Include, in your short paper, a closing paragraph that explains how you would develop a full paper (which would be up to 40 pages all in).

Ensure your paper has a cover page that includes: the author name(s) and affiliation(s); three to four keywords; and an email address for the lead author. An abstract of up to 200 words should be provided on the first page of the paper.

Submitting a paper does not guarantee inclusion in the workshop, but by submitting your paper you confirm that if it is accepted then:

• You agree to your paper being discussed in a small group with other participants, as arranged by the workshop facilitators.
• You will be willing and able to provide a short (5 minute maximum) overview of your paper to others in the discussion group.
• You will commit to attending the whole workshop, if your paper is accepted.

The workshop will take this format:

The first 20 minutes of the workshop will include a welcome, introductions to editorial team of facilitators, and an overview of the journal. Following this, facilitators will run discussions with small groups of authors, lasting approximately 60 minutes.
