This year will be the 24th consecutive year that I've attended the Academy of Management's Annual Meeting…. I wouldn't miss this conference for the world—it really is the highlight of my academic calendar. I would say to anyone... this is a standout conference... it's a great opportunity to meet people who are at a similar career stage to yourself, facing very similar challenges and building a network that will carry you through the rest of your career. This is a place to do that. It's also a great meeting ground where you can learn about the very best ideas that are in a state of germination. The PDWs are outstanding—there's a professional development workshop for everyone, whatever career state you're at. I implore you to come along... it will be a remarkable experience.
