A popular Deloitte and Workplace Intelligence survey revealed that 75% of executives seriously considered quitting their jobs for better well-being support. Specifically for CEOs, a record number of 622 CEOs left their positions during the first quarter of 2024. One of the main culprits is stress and a slow eroding of mental health.
