2020 Publication Awards

Each year the Academy of Management recognizes authors of journal articles that were published in the previous year in each of the Academy's six journals: Academy of Management Discoveries, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Learning and Education, Academy of Management Perspectives, Academy of Management Review, and Academy of Management Annals. The selection process is determined by an independent committee that represents the individual journal. Each article considered significantly advanced the mission of the individual publication, brought forth core ideas that are original, important, and provocative, and made a clear and important contribution to the field of management.

Congratulations go out to this year's Best Article winners and finalists, Decade, Impact, and Managerial Practice Award recipients, and to the many Reviewers and Advisory Committees whose contributions to the journals were immeasurable.
