2021 Publication Awards

Each year the Academy of Management recognizes authors of journal articles that were published in the previous year in each of the Academy's six journals: Academy of Management Annals, Academy of Management Discoveries, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Learning & Education, Academy of Management Perspectives, and Academy of Management Review. The selection process is determined by independent committees that represent the individual journals. Each article considered significantly advanced the mission of the individual publication, brought forth core ideas that are original, important, and provocative, and made a clear and important contribution to the field of management.

Congratulations go out to all of this year's winners and finalists, and to the many Reviewers and Advisory Committees whose contributions to the journals were immeasurable.
