The Annual Meeting is an exciting event full of opportunities to learn from colleagues, share knowledge, and network with peers. Because this event can be overwhelming, we’d like to highlight some key resources our newest attendees have found most helpful. In the coming months, we’ll share much more detail but know we are already thinking about making you feel at home.

Gear up for the Annual Meeting! Plan ahead and make the most of your first meeting
March/April
Keep an eye out for the early registration dates in order to take advantage of the lower rate.
Book your accommodations quickly as rooms close out early.
May/June
Review program and identify goals focusing on your 2 primary Division and Interest Group (DIG) sessions.
Customize your program to have your schedule on hand.
Include DIG socials and other networking opportunities in your schedule. This is the time to meet others with similar interests.
Review the Career Fair listings and sign-up for Career Coaching. Career Services require a separate sign-up (link coming soon) during the Annual Meeting.
Sign-up to attend the New Member and Annual Meeting orientation (link available June 2025).
July
Pack!Business casual attire is accepted and preferred. If you have interviews scheduled at the Annual Meeting Career Fair, business attire is a must.
Bring comfortable shoes as sessions take place over several properties.
Don't forget a jacket or sweater as the air conditioning in meeting rooms may be chilly.
Check in to your hotel, and pick up your badge in the registration area or the check-in kiosks located in the hotels.
Get connected. Wi-Fi connections (links available June 2025) and charging stations are available throughout the meeting properties. Power up your devices and get connected so you don't miss anything!
Download the mobile app, review your sessions, and don't forget to check for last-minute schedule changes.
Get your bearings and make sure you know your upcoming sessions and locations.
Don't forget your business cards to hand out as you network.
