Biography
Birgit Schyns is Professor of Organizational Behavior at Neoma Business School and a member of associé laboratoire C2S (Cognition, Santé, Société) at the Université de Reims Champagne Ardenne. After receiving her PhD in psychology from the University of Leipzig, she worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Resource Studies at Tilburg University and at the Department of Work and Organizational Psychology, University of Twente, and as a Reader in OB at Portsmouth University and Reader in Management, then Professor of Organizational Behavior at Durham University. During my time in Durham, Birgit served as director of the International Centre for Leadership and Followership as well as the Director of the Faculty and Business School Experimental Laboratory and the PhD Program director.
