Biography
Marcello Russo is an assistant Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at the Department of Management at Università degli Studi di Bologna. He is also Co-Director of the Master in Organization & Human Resources. He got a Ph.D. in Management in 2011 from University of Naples “Parthenope”, Italy and he was Visiting Scholar nel 2010 at Teachers College, Columbia University, New York. His areas of interest are the examination of individual and organizational factors that can help people balancing their work and nonwork activities; the management of language diversity in the workplace; the newcomers’ onboarding process.
