Ninth in the series: AOM President Herman Aguinis shares his insight on why DIGs are the “lifeblood” of the Academy of Management and observes that DIG leadership volunteers share in our common vision to enable a better world through our scholarship and teaching about management. Several DIG volunteers provide testimonials that reflect their individual volunteer experience and offer examples of ways that DIGs are seeking to meet member needs.
