Shaunn Mattingly

AOM Member Shaunn Mattingly, Associate Professor of Management at Boise State University, recently presented two research papers at the 2024 European Academy of Management (EURAM) conference in Bath, UK. His presentations explored the power of creativity-related language in crowdfunding campaigns and how autonomy shapes entrepreneurial aspirations among young adults and content creators.
