AOM Vice President and Program Chair Herman Aguinis, George Washington University, was frank about the accomplishment of creating this virtual meeting in a matter of months. "I'm going to be completely honest with you: just a few months ago we were not sure that a virtual conference would be possible," he said. "But we--and I emphasize we, because this has been an incredible team effort--have put together a program with more than 1,600 sessions. The program engages more than 10,000 contributors from more than 80 countries around the world. Every single Academy of Management division and interest group is represented in the program. There is something of interest to everyone."
