Fred Luthans, recipient of the 2021 Distinguished Scholarly Contributions to Management Award and AOM Member since 1964

 

During his decades-long AOM membership, Fred Luthans has served as AOM President and is a distinguished Fellow of the Academy of Management. He has received several awards, namely Distinguished Educator, the Organizational Behavior Division's Lifetime Achievement Award, and this year's Distinguished Award for Scholarly Contributions to Management Award. Fred has devoted his academic career to teaching and research in organizational behavior and has authored several well-known books along with 200+ articles, work that has garnered nearly 105,000 citations.
